Experience
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis.
- Leadership experience managing technical staff, with a team of 2 direct reports.
- In-depth knowledge of Reciprocating & Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Turbines, and Expanders, including hands-on repair.
- Process Safety Management at a high standard.
- Experience in Change Management to support and implement technical updates efficiently.
- Advanced QA/QC experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for the plant's lubrication program, ensuring proper practices and monitoring across equipment.
- Develop and refine reliability programs for rotating equipment based on detailed analysis of equipment trends, historical data, and failure modes, ensuring maximum operational availability.
- Implement preventive maintenance routines and manage a condition monitoring program that captures and uses field data to inform maintenance decisions.
- Manage the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program, including classification, maintenance, testing, and documentation of critical rotating equipment.
