Location: Two Rivers, WisconsinHours: 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday to ThursdayPay: $18.50 per hour
Rotational Molding Production Operator Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rotational Molding Production Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production processes while ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Rotational Mold Production Operator Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation & Setup: Efficiently set up and operate rotational molding equipment, ensuring smooth production runs.
- Material Handling: Prepare and stage precise material mixtures to meet production specifications.
- Production Preparation: Organize and stage materials for production runs to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Product Finishing: Trim excess flash from molded products, and perform foaming and assembly tasks as required.
- Quality & Safety Monitoring: Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement solutions, and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout production.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and with the team to meet daily production goals.
- General Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing light maintenance and using hand tools when necessary.
- Uphold Core Values: Actively promote and embody the company's core values in all tasks and interactions.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of production operations.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a rotational molding plastic manufacturing preferred, but not required.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with machinery and reading blueprints or process setup sheets.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions carefully to ensure accuracy.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of working at a fast pace and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Dependability: Strong attendance and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: A high school diploma is preferred; additional certification or a degree in Plastic Molding is a plus.
Rotational Mold Production Operator Work Environment
You will primarily work in a factory setting, with occasional exposure to heat. Safety is our priority, and we maintain high standards to ensure a secure, productive workspace.
