Rotational Trainee - First Supply, LLC : Job Details

Warehouse Operations - 3 months. You will learn various roles within the warehouse including receiving, order filling, returns, express counter and delivery. Overall, you will be responsible for pulling inventory from stock to package and ship for customer delivery in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Customer Service & Sales - 5 months. You will learn to assess customer needs, write, and enter sales orders, respond to customer inquiries and solve customer problems. In addition, you will learn how to determine inventory availability and upsell the customer by recommending add on items based on customer needs. Kitchen, Bath & Lighting - 1 months. You will work with the design team to assist customers in a customer-centric fashion, enter sales orders, inventory, signage, maintaining accurate and organized customer files and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
