We are looking for a Roustabout Supervisor/foreman with experience and in the PA/NY

area.

This is a direct hire and IMMEDIATE NEED.

What You Will be Doing in this Position

* Managing roustabout crews in the performance of various oilfield services

* Providing hands-on supervision and guidance to roustabout crew pushers and laborers to ensure the efficient operation of all jobs.

* Managing the daily workflow of multiple crews and laborers

* Managing and approving field tickets in ticketing software

* Managing and approving crew time and time off requests

* Managing crew schedules according to job demands

* Dispatching of multiple crews for assigned area and assist other Supervisors when there is overflow work needed to be covered

* Managing new/existing customer relationships

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Experience supervising activities of Roustabout Crews to ensure employee skill development and safety

* Experience with troubleshooting equipment, ensuring that it is functioning and operating properly

* Being Capable and resourceful in lining up equipment for consecutive jobs requested by the customer

* Knowledge of equipment and tools commonly used in the oil gas industry

* Basic math knowledge used in common calculations

* Must be professional and motivated to complete all tasks assigned

* Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Must possess the ability to safely operate all vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work

* Must have working knowledge and the ability to use computers and software such as

* Microsoft Office, email, timekeeping programs, invoicing, etc.
