Route Driver - Omaha, NE - Spee-Dee Delivery Service : Job Details

Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a self-motivated and customer service orientated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Route Driver you would be a company representative making deliveries and picking up freight. \n. Hours and Wages:\n\n. Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM- completion of route\n 10-15 hours of overtime expected each week\n. Voluntary OT on weekends (as needed)\n. Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week\n. Starting wage: $20.00- $24.00 per hour, based on experience\n\n. Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n. Delivers and picks up freight in a timely manner from customers and shippers\n. Inspects and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle\n. Loads the truck in an organized manner to effectively use space and prevent damage to packages\n. Collects payments for certain packages delivered\n. Verifies the content of pickups on shipping papers\n. Notifies management of any problems or discrepancies\n.
