About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Route Helper• Pay Rate Range: $20/Hour• Location: Rogers, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift, M-F, 6am - 5:30pm (End time can range from 12-4pm & 5pm or later on rare occasions during the busy seasons), O/T is required.• Position Type: Temp to Hire Route Helper Requirements and Qualifications:

GED or HS diploma

Previous picking experience a plus

Lifting 40lbs

Standing for long durations of time

Loading cases and unloading cases on dolly

Route Helper Duties and Responsibilities:

Helpers will load and unload trucks.

Use dolly to wheel in cases and kegs.

Driving around in a truck all day.

Delivering orders to stores/restaurants.

Wheeling cases and kegs into stores and restaurants.

Working with drivers to complete orders in a timely manner.

Operating pallet jacks and wheelers.

Performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
