Ronnoco Beverage Solutions and Henderson Coffee, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and other premium beverages, is looking for a Route Sales Associate/ Delivery Driver in the Oklahoma City area.The Route Sales Associate / Delivery Driver will make scheduled route deliveries of product, provide exceptional customer service, ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, maintain inventory, and work closely with the sales team to identify increased product sales opportunities.Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently.Responsibilities:* Direct store delivery of coffee and allied products to customers.* Manage deliveries, stock and maintain product inventory for warehouse and truck.* Pick product at warehouse and load onto truck each day.* Manage coffee inventory for customer accounts.* Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide exceptional customer service to accounts.Requirements:* High school diploma or GED required.* 2+ years' experience in a route sales or related role.* Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to pass DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.* Team player with ability to work independently.
