1. Generates assigned reports on a daily basis .. Receive all Form 800's - review new accounts for proper call/week sequence . Review all make-sequence changes for proper routing sequence on both Pre-Sell and Tel-Sell changes. Key changes into main system as necessary .. Review what if request by Sales/ Distribution for make-sequence changes .. Generate new itineraries for Pre-Sell Zones as necessary .. Generate new Pre-Sell mileage reports as necessary .. Answer questions and help other departments on Call Day and Form 800 problems .. Other duties as deemed necessary.
