Roving Assistant Manager - Tillamook Creamery : Job Details

The Roving Assistant Manager is a member of the Tillamook Creamery Leadership team and reports directly to the Foodservice Manager. The Roving Assistant Manager will work collaboratively with all Creamery leadership to support in all aspects of day-to-day operations for the cafe and culinary, ice cream, guest experience, and retail departments to achieve outlined business success. This role is responsible for executing business strategies to achieve financial goals, foster team morale, and deliver a positive guest experience. This hands-on position will work in all departments of the Creamery but focus for periods of time on a specific department or goal. The Roving Assistant Manager must ensure that Tillamooks 5 shared values are integrated into daily lives at work, fostering a culture of inclusion, creating space for each and every employee to feel a sense of belonging and can contribute to their fullest potential.
