Role - ROW (Right-Of-Way) AgentOur client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a ROW (Right-Of-Way) Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Job Title: ROW (Right-Of-Way) AgentLocation: Irving, TX (In office 2 days/week)Duratoin : 2.5 YearsWhat's the Job?Negotiate terms and conditions for easements and right of way agreements with utilities, municipalities, private landowners, carriers and government entitiesDraft, review and revise complex contract provisions for right of way agreements, private easements, relocation agreements, joint builds etc.Secure and manage contracts of varied scope and complexity allowing client to utilize major rights of way (e.g., Departments of Transportation (DOT), municipalities, private and corporate landowners) for the installation, protection of established rights and operation of fiber networkCollaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Tax, Government Affairs and Risk Management to execute/manage agreements.Manage, coordinate and negotiate agreements, right of way agreements, private easements and license agreements for the installation and management of fiber optic network projectsResearch company rights and have understanding and negotiate standard form reimbursement agreements with private companies, Local/State/Federal agencies, and other providers associated with facility relocations.Manage existing agreements, Bonds, Certificates or Insurance including agreement renewal, term enforcement, and payment authorizationWhat's Needed?5-7 years of experience negotiating easements and right of way agreementsExperience managing and coordinating complex contractsAbout ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson WellsManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
