This is a full-time on-site role as RV Resort General Manager located in San Diego, CA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality and experience of the resort.

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of RV resort operations and guest services

• Certification in hospitality management is a plus
