DescriptionWhat's Up? Upfront Healthcare is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales. Reporting to the CEO & Co-Founder, you'll join an innovative team working to improve the current healthcare experience for millions of patients. Joining Upfront brings the opportunity to grow and handle new challenges regularly, as we're a fast-growing, early-stage start-up, backed by leading investors. Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex health systems, medical groups, and provider organizations to identify key decision makers in the C-suite
  • Achieve individual quotas for new business and pipeline development
  • Manage a diligent follow-up process to close business with documentation in Salesforce
  • Closely follow industry and market trends to effectively communicate the value propositions of our solutions
  • Leverage solution selling skills to develop breadth and depth of prospect relationships necessary to close complex deals
  • Strategically engage leadership and SME resources as needed to advance the sale and win business
  • Partner with internal resources to provide well-informed, accurate, and meaningful presentations, demonstrations, proposals, SOWs, and contracts
  • Manage and communicate the sales pipeline to avoid surprises
  • Collaborate with the team to set sales forecast in a data-driven way
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in enterprise healthcare technology sales
  • Proven experience identifying and developing champions within healthcare organizations
  • Self-starter with a healthy competitive drive to succeed, and hungry to learn
  • High EQ team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple high priority deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
