We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager to join us at S--dra Cell. In this role, your main focus will be to work with our customers on technical issues and possibilities, giving them the best advice on how to useour products. You will also serve as a vital link between our pulp production and our customers, while supporting our internal sales teams and production units. With your technical expertise and dedication to excellent service, you will help create the conditions for profitable business for us and our customers. Our team is committed to delivering top-tier customer service while upholding the highest standards of business ethics.In addition to working closely with customers, you will act as a technical resource in sales processes, helping to develop solutions in an industry undergoing significant transformation due to evolving sustainability requirements and shifting market demands. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while offering internal technical insights and product information.Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of paper and pulp manufacturing, or a related industry, who is passionate about providing first-class customer service. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work independently, where creativity and initiative are highly valued, and you will be a key player in both internal and external contexts. You should have an engineering education or something we find equivalent.
  • Experience in paper manufacturing, with additional knowledge of pulp manufacturing being a plus
  • Strong technical understanding relevant to the role
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with administrative tasks and handling technical information
  • Ability to work independently and take initiativeWhat it's like to work at S--draAt S--dra, we foster a work environment built on openness, honesty, and cooperation. You will be part of a Technical Customer Service team, which includes a manager and five colleagues, three of whom have similar roles and two working as Sustainability Information Managers. The team is currently divided between V--r-- and M--rrum. We hold physical meetings at least four times a year, with regular weekly digital meetings via Teams. S--dra is a Swedish-based company, and it is important to be able to communicate with Swedish colleagues as well as with customers all over the world.As part of this role, you will be actively involved in the ongoing changes within our product portfolio and customer offerings. The paper industry is facing both declining demand for certain products and new sustainability challenges, which means we constantly need to adapt. You will play an essential role in ensuring we meet these challenges efficiently.Practical informationThe location for this position is flexible within S--dra Cell, with options including V--xj--, V--r--, M--rrum, or M--nster--s, with a preference for M--nster--s. Munich can also be an option, as we have an office there. This is a full-time position that involves travel within southern Sweden and internationally.
