What You'll Do:

• Own Safety Programs: Lead the development and implementation of all on-site safety initiatives.
• Training and Development: Manage and deliver training programs to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with the corporate Safety Director for guidance and mentorship.
• Drive Improvements: Lead efforts in safety enhancements, including Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
