What You'll Do:

• Lead investigations for near-miss incidents, property damage, and workplace injuries
• Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Oversee fire system checks, forklift safety audits, and PPE adherence
• Develop and deliver monthly safety training for operations and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain accurate safety records
• Implement and improve workplace safety initiatives, including hazard prevention strategies
• Work closely with leadership to enhance safety culture across all departments
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste disposal and air quality monitoring

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 1-3 years in a safety management role, preferably in manufacturing

Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs

Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to train and lead teams

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
