Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead the development and facilitate the implementation of comprehensive safety processes (policies, procedures, processes) for organization at the project level.
• Review current documentation and prepare for an audit.
• Establish and maintain an organization structure and staffing to provide cost effective safety & health services.
• Identify the needs, then lead the developmentof appropriate environmental, safety & health education/training programs and other services at the project level.
• Leverage industry and company environmental, safety & health knowledge, best practices and lessons learned at the project level.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
• 5-10 years safety professional experience in Nuclear
• Project experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Government Nuclear Regulatory processes
• Experience with fall protection, electrical safety, Lockout/tag out, cranes & rigging, hot work, personal protective equipment, hand & power tools, powered industrial trucks, case management confined space, machine guarding and respiratory protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to operate as a change agent through teamwork; demonstrated success as a team player.
• Knowledge of radiation safety programs and requirements
• High SchoolDiploma or Equivalent Plus Certified Training or Bachelor' Degree or Equivalent
