Job Skills / Requirements Sunstates Security is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Security/Concierge professional to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of physical security and guest services, providing an exceptional experience for our clients, associates, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. + + Monitor and manage access control for the facility, ensuring the safety and security of all visitors and employees Greet and assist guests, clients, and associates with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear and efficient communication Maintain a visible and professional presence, providing support, information, and directions as needed. Conduct regular patrols and security checks of the premises to ensure the safety of all areas. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary. Assist with visitor management, including verifying identification, managing visitor logs, and issuing temporary access passes. Act as a point of contact between clients and the team, ensuring streamlined communication and efficient problem resolution. Work closely with the building's management team to provide a seamless experience for all guests and staff. Maintain records and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities Skills & Experience One to two years of successful experience in a security concierge role is preferred. Excellent customer service. Experience working with the Google Suite of programs (G-mail, calendar, chat, docs, sheets) is a plus. Access control software experience is a plus. Outgoing/energetic demeanor with excellent customer service Proven track record of quality support and high-performance Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with limited direction Excellent communicator Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States Must submit to a pre-employment drug test Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable Sun123.
