SailPoint Engineer - Beacon Hill : Job Details

Are you a skilled SailPoint Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape identity governance solutions?

We're seeking a talented professional to join our client's team on a 6-12 month contract-to-hire basis, with the potential for full-time employment. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates local to Jacksonville, FL.

About the Role:

• As a SailPoint Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and customizing SailPoint solutions to meet our business needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SailPoint solution implementation and configuration
• Customize solutions to align with business processes and security requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards
• Develop custom connectors for enterprise application integration
• Create and manage workflows, rules, and policies
• Utilize Java, XML, and JSON for custom development tasks
• Participate in architectural design and planning
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations
• Document technical aspects of SailPoint implementation
• Maintain comprehensive records of requirements and designs
• Prepare user manuals and technical guides

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions
• Proven experience in developing custom connectors and workflows
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and API technologies
• Strong understanding of identity management and governance concepts
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and directory services integration

Preferred Certifications:

• SailPoint Certified Engineer
• Related certifications in Java development or identity management

What Our Client Offers:

• Competitive hourly rate: Up to $65/hr C2C
• Potential for full-time conversion with a salary range of $120,000 - $130,000
