Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolving L2 and L3 tickets routed to the Support team from L1/help desk/Email/Teams Channel and providing timely solutions to end-users.
  • Monitoring and analyzing logs for any errors and debugging and troubleshooting issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ/IAM tools.
  • Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and escalating them to the Incident and/or Problem Manager, as required.
  • Ensuring all IAM services are up and running and proactively monitoring SailPoint IIQ services/IAM Services.
  • Deploying onboarding of applications into the IAM Prod platform.
  • Effectively analyzing and fixing SailPoint vulnerabilities on a periodic basis.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 16th Oct 2024.

The annual salary for the position is between $52,000 to $124,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
