Salad PrepMonticello West5114 McKinney Ave.Dallas, TX. 75205Located near North Park Mall and SMUWhat makes Monticello West so incredible?You do with your expertise in Customer Service, Salad and Pasty plating.The Salad/Pastry position is about:* Setting up station(s) according to Autumn Leaves guidelines* Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.* Follow recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications.* Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.* Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to effectively use and maintain all equipment in station.* Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following Autumn Leaves and state guide specifications for proper food handling and sanitation standards.* Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time.Requirements:Two years' experience in health care setting preferred.Work schedule be Sunday thru Tuesday 6:00am to 6:00pm and Wednesday 6:00am to 12:00pm.Salary range$16.00 to $18.00Benefits: Vacation, Sick, Health Insurance, Dental, Life, Daily Pay, 401K match, signing bonus.EEO:
