KOCH Finishing Systems, a leading provider of turnkey automated paint finishing systems, is expanding its team. We are currently hiring a Sales Account Managers to drive growth in the North America region. Join us in providing innovative solutions to the agriculture, appliance, automotive, building products, and general industry sectors. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting annual booking targets and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer needs, identifying bottlenecks in current processing systems, and accurately scoping potential system solutions.
  • Coordinate field activities during the sales process and maintain positive customer rapport, reflecting KOCH's core values.
  • Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, project managers, and engineering teams to capture opportunities and identify solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales penetration plans for assigned accounts and market sectors.
  • Travel to customer sites to promote company capabilities, determine project feasibility, and participate in contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering degree preferred) and/or business management, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of successful experience in strategic selling and negotiation skills in solution and systems sales of capital equipment or industrial automation.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of liquid, powder, ecoat paint processing preferred.
  • Demonstrated account management skills.
  • Proven customer service practices leading to building long-term relationships.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ideal candidates must be able to report to our office in Evansville, IN.
  • Remote candidates may be considered but must reside near a major airport.
