In this role, you will manage client accounts, foster long-term relationships, deliver impactful sales presentations, and provide top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, capable of identifying and developing sales opportunities independently. As a technical solutions provider, we need someone who can help our customers address their daily operational needs with confidence and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and secure sales opportunities, demonstrating a hunter mentality and identifying possibilities others may overlook.
- Build and sustain close working relationships with decision-makers within assigned customer accounts.
- Gather and relay market intelligence to Inside Sales to assist in accurate and competitive quote preparation.
- Follow up on issued quotes to ensure closure and meet sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through assigned accounts while meeting gross profit goals.
- Analyze and resolve customer technical issues, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct engaging product/process presentations and customer training sessions, including lunch-and-learn events.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the industrial sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
- Technical education and background, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and review technical documents.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with superior organizational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of pumping equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including VFDs and control panels.
