Responsibilities / Tasks

Possible Hybrid Work Schedule after training

• Customer relationship management tool key user and data steward.
• Create SAP quotes.
• Customer creation in SAP via ticket.
• Maintain all quote and order files within our Customer Relationship Management system.
• Maintain current quote/order templates
• Generate Quotes (original and revisions) for our sales organization.
• Generate Order Confirmations and amendments for our sales organization.

Additional Duties:

• Backup receptionist when out of office.
• Backup receptionist support for customer visits, internal meetings etc.
• Backup Sales Coordinator for Packaging, Slicing and Processing.
• Backup Order Handler Tasks as needed.
• Assist with tradeshows – hotel room blocks, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 5%

Your Profile / Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required) and/or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of Administrative Experience.
• SAP or other ERP Experience (preferred).
• Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient (Required).
