Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Floor: You'll be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential administrative support to keep things running smoothly
* Build Sales Contracts: Put your attention to detail to good use by crafting accurate and attractive sales contracts that seal the deal
* Provide Support: Get cozy with numbers as you assist with financial tasks related to sales operations
* Open and Close Sales Offices: Be the welcoming face at the start of the day and ensure everything is in order when closing up shop
* Check Guests In for Tours: Roll out the red carpet for our guests, greeting them warmly and getting them ready for an unforgettable experience
* Communicate Across Departments: Keep the lines of communication open with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation
* Check Rooms Pre-Arrival: Ensure that our touring guests have a flawless experience by checking their rooms before they arrive
* Prepare Gifts and Incentives: Spread joy and excitement by getting those special gifts and incentives ready to wow our guests
* Manage Inventory: Keep tabs on coffee, snacks and supplies to ensure we never run out of essentials
* Organize Documents: Keep our paperwork organized and easily accessible so that we can stay on top of our game
* Answer Calls: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, directing calls to the right place and providing assistance as needed
* Perform Consistent Walkarounds: Explore our property to make sure everything is looking top-notch and that our sales routes are in tip-top shape.
Requirements

* Must be a team player. This is an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in to achieve our goals together.
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must be able to communicate clearly. Communication and impeccable organizational skills are the keys to success in this role.
* The ideal candidate will also be computer savvy. You will be required to learn to navigate the various computer systems used by our sales team, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in typing.
