We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support branch sales and operations. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations.
- Create, process, and receive purchase orders.
- Receive and prepare vendor invoices for processing.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting vendors by phone or email to answer inquiries and/or obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Become proficient using Company computer applications.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Assist with phone coverage and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales administration or a similar role preferred.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with inventory control is a plus.
- Experience with titles and insurance procedures a plus.
- Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies.
- Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
