**Job Summary:** The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sales Managers and General Manager at Unicoi State Park & Lodge to ensure excellent customer service for guests, owners, and employees. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. **Responsibilities:** - Typing using Word Processor for general correspondence, reports, memos, and more - Taking meeting minutes and distributing them promptly - Preparing outgoing correspondence such as emails and faxes - Handling mailing and distribution tasks, including preparing packages for shipment and distributing event orders - Managing phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls appropriately - Creating and maintaining various reports and logs - Assisting in managing rooming lists, catering menus, and event signage - Performing miscellaneous office duties like maintaining filing systems and ordering supplies **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, individuals must: - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent with some related experience - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Excel - Have good verbal and written communication skills - Be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment **Competencies:** Successful candidates will exhibit competencies including problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and adaptability. **Physical Demands:** The role may involve physical demands that require the ability to perform essential job functions.
