We are looking to hire someone for the Sales Administrator role to assist with various tasks of our day to day business. This is an in person/on site job requiring presence during store hours...Tuesday - Saturday. Basic computer skills and phone etiquette are required. This is a full time position with available benefits and PTO. Key Tasks:
- Answering and distributing phone calls to the correct people or department.
- Assists the team with short term, long term projects as well as daily tasks.
- Manages and executes a store traffic log on a daily basis.
- Greets visiting customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Assists in managing and updating website listings and photos.
- Helps manage inventory counts and audits.
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high level of product, market and industry knowledge.
- Remaining flexible and eager to learn new tasks and aspects of the business.
