Sales Advisor - Mayweather Fitness + Boxing Tribeca : Job Details

One of the newest concepts in the health and fitness industry is in search of strong and passionate individuals, willing to fuel its path to become the premier fitness franchise company in the world. Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Tribeca are currently recruiting candidates for our location.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Membership Advisors primarily responsible for contributing to the following areas:

• Membership sales
• Private Coaching sales
• Merchandise sales
• Local marketing / lead generation
• Member retention
• Cleanliness and maintenance of the studio
• Professional customer service
• Strong sales driving pitch
• Ability to create plan to reach sales goals
• Research & identify the buyer persona discuss, negotiate, and close on sales agreement
• Ability to track customer's problems
• Strong Knowledge about our product along with boxing and general fitness

They must possess the following attributes to be successful:

• Ability to drive revenue at a consistently high level
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to service others
• Above average computer literacy
• Professional social skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented

Candidates should have a desire to work in the fitness industry, fitness experience preferred but not mandatory. Sales experience recommended.

• Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
