The role of an Agent Assistant is to generate new business opportunities for the Lead Agent via telephone, letterbox dropping, and door knocking, as well as nurturing contacts to create long-lasting relationships by exceeding the expectations of the customer experience. The Assistant Agent will also support the Lead Agent by assisting in adhoc sales duties.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Prospecting for new clients via telephone, letterbox drops, and door knocking
  • Open for Inspection buyer call backs
  • Assisting and learning from Lead Agent with adhoc sales duties
  • Identify, qualify, and categorise contacts in the CRM system
  • Updating tasks and notes in the CRM to ensure contact information is up to date and keep track for follow up
  • Adding contact email addresses and subscribing contacts to property updates
  • Speaking to buyers to update/determine their buying requirements and offer assistance
  • Speaking with prospective vendors to generate appraisals for the Lead Agent
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Assist with preparing necessary sales documentation (authorities, contracts, comparables, etc.) in line with company policies and the relevant legislation
  • Achieve and report to Lead Agent on set Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Current sales registration or willing to complete registration prior to commencing
  • Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Thrive in a high-paced environment
  • A high level of initiative, organisation, and time management skills
