- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Accurately manage the reservation process, ensuring seamless bookings and confirmations that meet our luxury standards.
- Provide detailed knowledge of our products/services, emphasizing their unique features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous customer records in our database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that promote our luxury offerings and drive sales performance.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while delivering a high level of service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with poise and empathy, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty to our brand.
