This position encompasses a range of administrative support duties related to sending out seasonal mailings, creating order forms, overseeing outgoing orders for conferences and sales reps, and working with the Sales department with a variety of projects. This is an entry level position, where many of our sales representatives began, and offers a starting point for working with multi-national companies.Qualifications:Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of FileMaker Pro or other database environmentStrongly detail-orientedAbility to prioritize, follow schedules, and meet deadlinesWork well in a team environmentPossess a friendly, energetic, helpful attitudeIntellectually curious and have an interest in the publishing and book tradeStarting pay will be commensurate with demonstrated qualifications and experience.
