Job Description :
JLL is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the New England Brokerage Operations team. This position entails working with a diverse group of professionals to support the salesforce. This individual will provide reliable, support to our sales brokers and work closely with the Operations team to manage day-to-day requests and priorities. This individual will be working in a fast-paced, sales environment and will require independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize their workload.n
  • Prepare market surveys, tour books, proposals, lease abstracts, drive time analysis and other client related material.
  • Draft and edit proposals, letter's of intent and leasing agreements
  • Manage team's prospects and new business efforts, assist with intranet/extranet sites and tech adoption
  • Manage brokers bios, case studies, market overviews and commonly used industry-specific slides
  • Partner with sales enablement team to prepare new business material for prospective clients
  • Partner with research team to update market intel and research reports
  • Partner with marketing team on any team specific brochures, floor plans, stacking charts and flyers
  • Partner with Operations team to oversee consistent and efficient internal processes, projects and tasks
  • Attend group-wide team meetings and company initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc functions and projects that support the business and revenue generation for the sales team
  • Provide general administrative support to brokerage team. Responsibilities include; opening IT tickets, ordering new iphones, mail distribution, and other miscellaneous requests.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient in MS Suites
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
