Handle inquiries regarding capabilities, services, and timelines, and address any customer concerns post-sale. Review and process customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry into manufacturing systems. Drive communication between customers and internal teams (engineering, operations) on delivery schedules, updates, and specifications. Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes for better customer experience and efficiency. Actively develop and maintain standard processes related to customer engagement and order management. Coordinate any necessary rework or changes based on customer feedback. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or manufacturing 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on hardware and product development, and a solid technical understanding of the products Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Knowledge of digital manufacturing systems for entering and tracking orders. Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical info to internal teams and customers. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
