Are you a dynamic and organized individual with a passion for advertising and a knack for sales? We're looking for an Advertising Sales Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver top-notch

Location: St. Albans, Vermont

Employment Type: Full-Time, hours Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pmSalary: $16-$20/hour plus an opportunity to earn commissions

• Support the sales team in managing and growing client accounts and campaigns.

• Process advertising orders from start to finish.

• Assist with lead gen and setting appointments through outbound calling and email marketing.

• Communicate with clients to ensure their advertising needs are met.

• Manage administrative tasks to keep the sales process running smoothly.

• Assist with handling subscriber calls and supporting customers that come into the office.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and Google Drive.

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Previous experience in sales, advertising, or customer service is a plus.
