About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the operation of a Snap-On Tools mobile tool store, serving the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while honing your skills in sales and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with calling on customers in an established territory on a weekly basis.

• Support the execution of a proven sales program.

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, collections, and client needs.

• Help maintain and organize inventory and tools.

• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to support sales strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends and new products.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, preferably in automotive or mechanical fields.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

• Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not required.

• Clean NYS driver's license.
