Be part of the Mint Cannabis journey and see the difference!Job Summary Patient Service Representative provides patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses while providing amazing customer service. At times a patient service representative will be asked to cross train and assist in other departments such as, administration and packaging. We want to maintain a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for patients and coworkers.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Check-in, verify the status and report patient allotment on AZDHS system.Provides patients with education and information about medical cannabis and its uses.Assists patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner.Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.Operate, maintain and close cash till and deposit end of daily earnings.Assists management staff with daily operational needs.
