Sales Associate (QSR & baking paper portfolio) Your tasks 1. Business Growth and Market Expansion Drive the growth of delfort's North American packaging and baking business. Proactively seek new customer opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Develop strategies to establish delfort as the key supplier for customers. 2. Collaboration with Manufacturing and Logistics Establish and maintain effective communication channels with delfort's manufacturing plants. Align production and logistics operations to meet customer needs and market demands. 3. Strategic Planning and Execution Recommend, communicate, and implement strategies tailored to customers' short-term and long-term goals. Develop and manage budgets and sales forecasts for each customer and prospect. 4. Customer and Prospect Engagement Prepare customer and prospect quotes, including cost and value analyses, long-term agreements, and contracts. Maintain accurate pricing communication with delfort's Customer Service team. Ensure compliance with terms outlined in quotes, contracts, and purchase orders. 5. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with internal teams, customer service, technical service, quality, product development, and schedulingto meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction. Support manufacturing plants by providing necessary customer information and agreements. 6. Market and Competitor Analysis Maintain a solid understanding of competitive capabilities, including equipment, markets, and pricing strategies. Leverage insights to recommend strategies and position Delfort favorably in the market. 7. Relationship Building Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at key customers, prospects, suppliers, and packaging organizations. Foster long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth and success. 8. Financial Oversight Ensure monthly account receivables are collected promptly and accurately. Your experience Proven track record in sales and marketing within the packaging, printing, or related industries. Strong understanding of production processes, logistics, and market dynamics. Exceptional strategic planning and forecasting skills. Ability to build rapport and loyalty with customers at all organizational levels. Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
