Job DescriptionThe Sales Associate position is designed to provide the Account Executive (AE) team with support around Sales efforts by Managing the first 13 weeks of revenue in our new accounts - This position will report directly to the Zone Sales Manager (ZSM). Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Job Responsibilities Manage 13 weeks revenue for all new accounts using SAR and lookback. Transitioning Micro Markets or large OCS accts post sale and pre-installation to reduce the amount of time AE's spend on these activities. Support grand openings for large new account installations. Help AE's with sales demos. Assist AE's in preparing prospecting drop bags. Support sales team with seeding campaigns. Attend weekly sales meetings and install meetings. Support Sales Blitz activities. Support Sales Leadership as necessary. This position may serve as an entryway to an Account Executive position. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Marketing or related field 1-2 years prior work, organization, or related experience in achieving objectives through influencing others, customer service or sales. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. Must have professional phone acumen. Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendation.
