REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to engage and connect with potential and existing customers.

- Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to drive sales in memberships, retail, and private training.

- Proficiency in learning and utilizing the ClubReady software system
- Exceptional communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to successful closure, using effective strategies for prospecting, follow-up, and conversion.
- Engage in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and other community events, actively representing and promoting the studio to enhance its visibility and attract new members.
- Maintain a consistently high level of personal sales production, surpassing targets and contributing to the overall success of the studio.
- Actively promote and reinforce the studio's mission as a leading provider of fitness and wellness services,
- Present and showcase the range of services and offerings available to current and prospective members, highlighting their benefits and tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Proactively schedule and book high-quality appointments, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving monthly sales quotas.
- Take ownership of personal professional development, continually refining and honing selling skills through ongoing training and self-improvement initiatives.
- Capture visually appealing photographs for use on social media platforms, contributing to the studio's online presence and marketing efforts.
