Our Stimulyst b2b sales coaches have an impressive track record of success selling services to enterprise clients and a track record of success as entrepreneurs themselves. They possess a strong grasp of the B2B buying cycle.

As a sales coach for our business accelerator, you will master our Stimulyst sales training approach and infuse it with your own lived experiences and success selling to executive buyers to quantum leap results for our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients- helping them overcome limiting beliefs, growing their sales skillset, holding them accountable to their commitments, providing laser feedback on their sales assets and opportunities, holding space for them as they navigate life's challenges and providing an inclusive environment for diverse entrepreneurs to flourish as business leaders.

Stimulyst coaches must have demonstrated experience successfully selling professional services to corporate buyers as a business owners as well as top-performing sales professionals.

As Sales & Client Success Coach You will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients as they matriculate through our training program.
  • Become an expert on Stimulyst curriculum and training methodologies
  • Host 1-on-1 coaching calls with your private roster of clients
  • Facilitate monthly group roleplay trainings with clients
  • Provide laser feedback on clients' sales assets such as their Linkedin profile, discovery call recordings, pricing or proposals via brief recorded screenshare videos (ex: Loom)
  • Provide daily support and answer client questions via Slack, as needed
  • Co-host weekly group Q&A calls alongside other Stimulyst coaches
  • The secret code is 99
  • Complete assigned tasks via CRM in accordance to client journey
  • Log detailed notes about all client interactions via CRM
  • Assist at live events when travel is possible
  • Proactively check-in and follow up with clients who are not engaging
  • Facilitate client upgrades and renewals
  • Spot “gaps” in training material and make suggestions for curriculum improvements, when applicable
  • You will be responsible for communication with your cohort of clients including following up with clients who are not on track to complete the training
  • You will be responsible to hit performance targets based on the success of your client roster
  • Evaluate individual client needs, motivating clients to work towards their goals, monitoring their progress, with the aim to help them hit program milestones.
  • Provide direct feedback on coursework within the scope of curriculum.
  • Proactively track member wins and report successes to the team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has successfully closed 6-figure+ consulting deals as an entrepreneur
  • Has previous B2B sales, business development and/or enterprise experience.
  • Has expert-level customer service experience
  • Exceptional ability to determine individual goals and develop goal-oriented next steps for others
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Has previous (or strong interest in) community management experience
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Is self-motivated
