This person will handle important administrative tasks related to branch management and sales order processing. In this position you will also act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are not immediately available. This person will provide a point of contact for customers with questions about orders, deliveries, associated timelines etc. and the ability to problem solve. This persons contributions to quality customer service will aid the sales team to meet its goals. This person will also aid the General, Operations, and Sales Manager in accomplishing daily tasks associated with Branch Management.Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of the sales process.Manage In bound & Out Bound Radio repair requests and communicate status with customers and vendors.Communicate with new and existing customers on sales updated information.Develop and improve internal Sales and Repair processes.Multi-Task across internal and external customers and respective needs.Problem solveWork with other departments that assist in fulfilling orders or providing customer service.Preferred Qualifications:5 years experience in an Administrative Sales Support role.Must work with accuracy and with great attention to detail in order to avoid delays and errors.Must possess excellent communication skills.Experience in a fast paced office environment.Computer skills: proficient in Word, Excel and PowerpointGrammar skills (both verbal and written).Some level of college education preferred, but not required.Background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include a Motor Vehicle check.Benefits:BearCom wants to elevate your professional growth!
