The Customer Service Representative oversees customer orders from start to finish to ensure completion, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in the Company. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:Quotes product based on customer specificationsOrders product based on customer requestsCompletes art sheets required prior to an item being prepared for productionInputs customer orders into invoicing systemReviews customer billing and invoicing prior to it being submitted to the customerReviews and updates quarterly WIP reports and submit to Vice President of SalesProvides customer support regarding orders, returns, shortages, damages, and back ordered productsProcesses customer credits in the invoicing systemSupports outside sales Representatives and their customersReconciles vendor invoices with customer invoicesMeets with customers to determine their needs and advise them on how ADPRO can help meet those needsChecks in and receive products from vendors when time sensitiveFiles customer order documentationAttends outside sponsorship events and company salesSKILLS AND ABILITIESBased on the essential and other duties and responsibilities of the position, the Customer Service Representative should have a number of professional skills and abilities:Good interpersonal and customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external clientsSound organizational, records management, time management skills, and attention to detailThe ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities, meet assigned deadlines, and manage the related stressQUALIFICATIONSBased on the technical and professional responsibilities of the position, the Customer Service Representative is required to have:A bachelor's degreeA minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, orAn equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office products, invoicing systems, online vendor sitesCOMPENSATIONSalary Range: $20-$24/hrCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.WORKING CONDITIONSLocation: On SiteThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
