Job DescriptionGerhards Appliance - a family-run business for 75 years, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting Sales Consultants with day-to-day tasks, assisting clients both in-store and by phone, meeting individual/store goals and most importantly building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure the highest level of customer service!Individual responsibilities will include engaging in conversation with potential clients to assist Sales Consultants throughout the buying process. Other key responsibilities include writing up sales, processing payments, problem solving customer issues, keeping individual showrooms cleaned and organized.To be successful in this role, you will need great organizational skills, knowledge of Gerhards Sales process (training provided), exhibit exceptional customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills.Responsibilities• Assisting Sales Consultants with day-to-day tasks.• Welcoming and qualifying clients in the showroom.• Helping clients during the process of purchasing their home appliances.• Understanding of product knowledge (training provided).• Providing excellent Gerhards Client Experience.• Understanding of company operations.• Coordinating with the Delivery and Services departments to help clients.• Selling core appliances during peak hours.• Help in keeping high Gerhard's Showroom standards.Requirements• High School Diploma or equivalent• Excellent Customer service• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Flexible schedule - ability to work evenings and weekends.Job Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $15.00-$18.00 an hour +BonusesCompensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourIndependent Retail offers a myriad of opportunities for people of all backgroundsWhen you think of jobs in retail, sales associates and store managers are probably the positions which come to mind.
