We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with manufacturing experience for a reputable company in the Westerly, RI area. The ideal candidate will assist with typical office duties, answering the phone lines, assist with customer orders, troubleshoot on product, and hold a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

• Obtains orders by inbound phone calls and email, order entry, transferring orders, explaining stock-outs and delivery dates.

• Report customer feedback to management.

• Work with Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Increases orders by suggesting related items, up-selling, explaining features and checking customer's buying history.

• Prepares, generates and follows up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders.

• Assists Sales team members in managing open quotes.

• Maintains ERP backorder report.

• Updates the CRM data base with prospecting information.

• Communicates to the Purchasing department as needed.
