As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Special Accounts Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.Read more about our growth here: About You:You are a seasoned Sales Coordinator with experience managing quotations, reports, and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to make informed decisions and collaborate effectively across departments ensures seamless customer service and operational efficiency.Position Overview:As a Sales Coordinator at TIME Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing quotations, coordinating with production departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding pricing, availability, and specifications.Prepare quotations for Telecommunications Accounts.Maintain and update spreadsheets for customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Order and track installation components including chassis and utility bodies.Review orders against quotations and collaborate with production and mounting departments to ensure compliance with specifications.Process units for installation, track and manage all change requests.Address customer inquiries regarding production dates and product specifications.Prepare and finalize orders for invoicing.Analyze, write, and update sales specifications as required.Represent TIME Manufacturing Company at occasional trade shows.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to learn and gather product knowledge (both TIME's and competitors) or ability to quickly find necessary information.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.Proficiency in typing and using word processing software.Ability to create and manage multiple Excel spreadsheets for various accounts simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.Familiarity with Hydraulic and Electrical applications is a plus.Education & Experience:Experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.OJT AND CERTIFICATION:Sales Administration on-the-job training must be completed within 120 days in this position.Core Benefits:TIME Manufacturing Company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth.
