Responsibilities:Contact customers to confirm satisfaction and schedule follow-up appointments for sales reps.Contact leads to set appointments, solicit sales or additional services or products.Create routes around scheduled appointments.Tracks results of various sales programs including new homeowners program.Coordinate mailings.Set appointments and follows up on appointment.Process and respond to all internet and phone inquiries.Track leads/appointment/contracts.Use of Salesforce in the day-to-day activitiesSchedule and follow up on all removal orders.Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, required.Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.2 years of experience in administrative duties or similar clerical position.Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service skills.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, as necessary.Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position:Resourcefulness Customer Focus Team PlayerOrganization Integrity Accountability Communication
