Sales CoordinatorDepartment:SalesEmployment Type:Full TimeLocation:RemoteReporting To:Kate GrutzmacherDescriptionThe Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This position is a critical member of the sales and marketing team and requires a self-starter with a can-do, results-driven attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesSales support, provide administrative support to the sales team by handling inquiries, preparing proposals utilizing Proposify software, assisting with Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and coordinating sales activities. Conduct data research through various sources to uncover existing & new build neighborhoods, condos, and apartment complexes that meet sales targets. This includes priority targets and strategy for each market with VP. Track site survey results to ensure accurate data collection and analysis for decision-making. Monitor construction cost related to projects and provide regular updates to the sales team. Coordinate customer meetings and event support, including activities, custom marketing materials, food ordering and scheduling transportation for clients. Take detailed notes during meetings, outlining action items and goals for the team to ensure follow-up and accuracy.Assist Vice President and Sales Director with presentation decks, PowerPoint slides for meetings and analytics. Run weekly reports and reports as requested by VP to drive sales. Respond to requests with a sense of urgency due to a fast-paced sales environment.
