North Central Utility (NCU) is looking for a self-motivated and results driven Sales Coordinator, to represent NCU in the semi-trailer industry. North Central Utility is one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the nation and the largest in the North Central region with 10 locations throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. We offer reefer, dry van and flatbed trailers from Utility Trailer Manufacturing at all locations and vocational trailers from MAC Trailers in Wisconsin - we sell new and used semi-trailers. With Moore Space, we offer temporary storage container solutions as well. Our parts department has an extensive inventory in Heavy-Duty Truck/Tractor and Trailer parts. Our broad product line and geographic coverage ensures we are a One Stop Shop for truck and semi-trailer parts. Our service department offers everything from routine maintenance, certified DOT inspections to precision laser alignment, as well as complete wreck repair for trailers of all makes and models. No job is too big or too small for our skilled service technicians. What we bring to the table: • Competitive salary • Medical, dental & vision benefits • 401k & profit sharing • Training, support, and ongoing career development with opportunities for growth • Great people to work with What you bring to the table: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Enjoy working with diverse groups of individuals • Positive attitude • Friendly and approachable personality • Ability to work independently and with a team • High degree of integrity and a strong work ethic • Good verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change with a professional demeanor • High energy Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the sales team in serving new and existing customers • Process orders, monitor inventory, initiate and track delivery, and invoice for new and used trailers • Maintain complete files for all orders and invoices for payment • Handle vendor payment inquiries and process all required sales / rental documents • Track warranty registration • Collect and analyze new and used trailer registrations - create reports for each sales area • Oversee basic projects, process documents, and manage communications with the sales team • Support the sales team in daily operational tasks and build customer relationships • Work closely with internal departments and outside vendors to guarantee the smooth completion of sales processes • Managing the billing and collection of tolls for rental trailers • Manage GPS tracking and refrigeration unit control / telematics systems • Assist other departments as needed • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred • Previous experience in a sales coordinator or sales administrative position is preferred • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Strong leadership skills • Ability to demonstrate a high level of business acumen • Driven and self-motivated • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching & profit sharing • FSA • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Paid holidays • Training and professional development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Day shift • Monday - Friday • No weekends Education: • High school Diploma or equivalent (Required) • Associate or Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: Previous sales experience preferred Supervisory Responsibilities: No Pay: Based on experience
