Insight Global is looking for an Associate Sales Coordinator to support one of our client's Distribution and Channel Partners! This resource will be responsible for supporting purchase orders via data-entry, order processing, order creation/management, customer communication/support, and working within SAP to maintain an updated inventory and see to the timely delivery of orders. The first 1-2 months of the role will involve a training portion, in which the Associate Sales Coordinator will get up to speed on SAP, company products and parts, and everything else needed to succeed. Following that, they will be responsible for processing orders and customer support. Following that, they will be responsible for creating/managing orders, and additional responsibilities based on level of comfortability and need. Daily tasks could include:* Manage assigned portfolio of customers (distributors, direct leaders, national accounts or governmental accounts) * Research and investigate customer inquiries (utilizing online part catalogs, drawings, warranty systems, and others) * Effectively manage order entry and processes * Effectively manage open line items and open order report * Support On-Time-Delivery department metric * Manage invoicing issues and pricing errors * Run reports on agreed upon schedule * Daily email/phone communication with customers * SAP usage to achieve tasks We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. - SAP experience - Bachelor's degree - Retail or eCommerce experience - Strong computer literacy, particularly within MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc. -- no V-lookups or Pivot Tables necessary) - 1+ Year in a customer-facing role, or role with an emphasis on customer service - Professional communication skills, both written and verbally - Self-starter, able to work without constant supervision, good collaborative skills - Attention-to-detail - able to accurately and efficiently enter data/PO information
