Based in Los Angeles, Austin, and Denver, we are looking for a few talented Sales Development Representatives to join our growing sales team calling on the leading brands and savviest marketers. Our foundations are in quant-based marketing and we are looking for motivated, intelligent, and creative people starting their careers to break new business and scale accounts on the platform. An ideal candidate is data-driven, laser-focused on researching account selection and able to drive quantifiable results for our sales team and company. They thrive on hunting for new business and identifying revenue opportunities and are become experts at reaching senior decision marketers as they support our sales team presenting strategy and solutions to key decision makers. Once a new prospect is engaged, the SDR will work hand in hand with the assigned Account Executive to execute our prove sales process and win new business.
Responsibilities:
Research and develop new target prospect lists and map key decision makers within those organizations
Effectively partner with our entire sales organization to support the full sales cycle
Consistently schedule meetings with new prospects
Develop expert understanding of Posties software, benefits, and market differentiators
Engage with Sales, Product, and Marketing team to develop communication strategies and sales copy
Execute a robust email automation and cadence outreach strategy
Develop content promoting Posties market-leading capabilities and technology
Qualify account through research and phone conversations with prospects
Requirements:
Proven business acumen and success in a sales development or inside sales role
Strong knowledge of research and measurement
Effective communication skills and confidence
High aptitude to learn new skills and technologies
Considerable ability to problem-solve
High level time management skills
Extremely self-motivated and able to be goal oriented in a work-from-home environment.
BA/BS from reputable college or university
Experience with CRM system (like Salesforce or similar)
Familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach, or similar marketing software
